We did our research and because of the long stay we was doing so we visted the property before we booked.
Steph was excellent answering our questions and so profesional.
So much so we are here for 5 more weeks which is two bookings. The residents that are here are so lovely and helpful to short stay residents.
Its a must to book. We love the pool and the cafe on site .

We all thoroughly enjoyed our 7 night family holiday at Marrakesh. Location and comfort were great with room cleanliness on arrival our only concern. A female hygiene pad wrapper in the bedroom drawers and a dirty kids sock on the floor of the cupboard was a little disappointing. None of this bothered us and would definitely stay again.

My new go-to on the Gold Coast, and why...

Just right! Marrakesh has a real Moroccan charm to it, from the style of the building, the lovely architecture inside the main entrance, foyer area, to the neat, well thought-out landscaping, tiling of the gardens and pools. Really felt like a holiday, somewhere far away, as you could shut out the world and just relax and enjoy, yet was so close to everything you could want on the Gold Coast. Have been to GC many times, know it well. This trip, as it was schoolies, I wanted somewhere away from that, but still central. Marrakesh, at the southern end of Surfers - was perfect! A few minutes walk from the beach, or the light rail stop. It's in Surfers Paradise, but closer to Broadbeach than Cavill Ave, and so peaceful. No schoolies to be seen or heard. My room was equipped with everything necessary (smart tv, lounge area, dining area, balcony with table and chairs, full kitchen, bathroom, comfortable QS bed, air conditioning) and had a nice view - the pool, and greenery by day, the fantastic lights of the Langham by night. Only negative - the apartment I had is dated, and the carpet was not clean, but everything else that mattered was good, so I could let that go. Please note, the apartments are individually owned with several owners choosing to just stay there, giving it a very welcoming feel. Facilities include both an indoor and outdoor pool and spas, plus a gym, plus a fantastic cafe downstairs, nestled in among the fernery - Rudy's, a totally Organic Cafe - loved their delicious, healthy food, from the Curried Salmon Pasta, to the charcoal toast with avocado, and their Heart Beet juice - to die for!! So, Marrakesh - it is the complete package. Would definitely go there again, and again.

Always a great stay at Marrakesh.

Absolutely love staying at Marrakesh Resort Apartments! The pool is simply amazing—perfect for a relaxing swim or lounging by the water. We stay here regularly, and each visit is a delight. The apartments are kept in excellent condition, and while they may be on the older side, they have a charm that makes them feel like a home away from home. The only thing I was unhappy about was that the inside spa was out of order. The staff is always friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay every time. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

Friendly and helpful personel. Very good information for late check in or early check out outside reception hours. Nice fully self contained apartment with good balcony, good beds and good shower. Full kitchen and Washing machine and dryer available in apartment. Large and well maintained pool. Parking in safe garage under the building.
