Good location, quite a lot of bunks but didn’t feel overly crowded in shared spaces. Not sure how often it’s cleaned but was a little messy later in the day. Capsules not at all sound proof - can hear anything. Comfy beds and plenty long enough, however the doonas were weirdly small. I’m not that tall but it still only came up to my waist. No powerpoints/usb c outlets in the capsules, only usb A. For Hobart it’s decent value and the owners are very responsive over text/call.

Don't put yourself through it.

Please consider other places that take safety and guest behaviour seriously. I had to leave because of safety concerns. Theft is normal, Locks on toilers/showers don't work. Photo ID is not required. I requested itemised invoice and was told "Maybe tomorrow" I left out of fear and gave staff specifics on why police should know but this was not taken seriously.
I asked for refund and was told I would get only partial refund and I was told why didn't I wait for invoice in a way that made me to be high maintenance. On booking.com it clearly states in the listing invoice service and I needed refund policy info and abn because I doubt the legitimacy of the business.
I am out of options this weekend being fully booked and no booking.com are overseas and useless when I explain the severity of the concerns and misconduct. I need someone in Australia to handle this. I have learnt my lesson and won't use booking.com anymore.
Booking.com make it known they want to be aware of safety.and misconduct. Not sure that is true since I can't reach them so they are no better and accountable.

Overall good stay, nice facility for a capsule room. But because they don’t have reception and no one to ask to. It was really frustrating when they message me the procedure and code very late. They should automatically send the message at least exactly 2pm for check in.

Very good and accessible location in the city. Just the door of my capsule is no smooth to open.
