Holiday in Hurstville!

The room was nice, and we had a verandah overlooking the main road. Parents had the bonus of a fridge but a window view of the building next door. Hurstville is the spot if you're looking for a central location in Sydney, close to the airport and public transport!

Super close to train and shops

Practically 100m from train station, 300m from Westfield Shopping Center. Many shops and restaurants just around the corner, value for money excellent, very good bed, rooms a little small for me alone it was enough. The staff were friendly.

The best The best customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel.

The best customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel.
We checked in and were warmly welcomed and treated as if we were family staying.
The staff are all so helpful, friendly and think ahead as to what you might need, before you even need to ask.
I had a procedure done on my knee and when we got back from hospital on crutches, the staff offered me ice for my knee, offered us a table with a cushioned seat and brought us a complimentary bowl of wedges. I just thought that was the most thoughtful and kindest gesture.
A big thank you especially to Dean & Pukar for your kindness and wonderful service.
We booked this hotel as it was close to Hurstville Private Hospital, where I was having a procedure done. Also because it is right near the train station, restaurants, the mall and supermarket. It is close to everything you need.
For the price we thought it represented very good value for money. We booked the triple room just to have a bigger room and was a nice big room exactly as shown in the photos.
(More of a note to the owners) in room 5 the carpet needs a steam clean next to the single bed but otherwise clean and the bathroom needs a new vanity, but was also clean.
The bed was very comfortable with nice clean white linen.
We also liked that tea, coffee and bikkies were provided and didn’t expect it for the price we paid.
Overall, we were pleasantly surprised. For budget accommodation we expected less, but got a whole lot more. The staff there really make this place, and because of them we decided we would stay again in future and would recommend the Hurstville Ritz to others.
