We loved staying in this hotel. It was just close enough to the city centre. The quality of the breakfast was excellent!!! Unfortunately, we left an electrical item in the room. As soon as we realised we contacted the hotel and arranged for the item to be sent to our home address. They were so helpful and understanding and because of this I would most certainly return to this hotel again

Didn’t really have a good experience on this but thank god Trip did compensate a small fee. The room is good, the hotel is good BUT whoever that has booked please read this:-
1. Make sure they send you a pin code to enter the hotel at least 3 days before or else keep emailing and calling before you reach. There is no workers all automated if you reach and have no code to enter you are stranded! Yes there is a phone to call but Im not sure why the phone doesn’t work properly!! I called 7 times only to 1 time they pick up. And finally after waiting in the cold for 30 mins they let me know the pin code to enter. Its very hard to contact the hotel maybe because im not using local phone number. Contacted trip and they themselves couldn’t contact them in time. According to the hotel, there should be an email from them with instructions and code.
2. Yes, I do love the concept of having no one to check in but at least leave like an ipad or a screen for guest to check and contact???
3. Rooms were nice, blinds were automatic. Clean and have smart tv. They do have elevators thank god.
Besides the ‘PIN number’ enter check in, its all good.

It was ideal for our needs, lovely little room and the cafe downstairs. Street was a bit noisy especially at night

The rooms are staffed with very basic amenities, the coffee close soon and they don’t have any of lace to storage food or boil water.
Positive points: cleanness, 20 min walk from old town and supermarket at 2 min walk

Disappointment

Very big disappointment about this Pension. The neighborhood does not seem very safe and not very well attended plus it is quite far from the center on foot. No reception service, room small and big black spot of our stay: mold on the wall hidden by the curtain.
I think that at this Award we can find better
