Rating is not lower only because there's nothing else in this city
Town center is 10 min walk from the 'Hostel'. Basic kafana on the other side of the street (1 min from the place). Hence location is OK.
Service was very good and the people were nice (agreed to hold our food in the fridge because there isn't one provided for the guests), however if you intend to talk or do anything after midnight, please be mindful that the owners live in the house and they will demand silence. For that reason I would never call it a hostel. The lady that greeted us and showed us a room spoke proper English; with others it's only Serbian.
For the money spent, it was OK. And also it's a monopoly in Srebrenica, maybe that's why they aren't keen to overshoot with the level of service.

We are sorry you had such a poor experience while staying at our place, I was away, so I didn't have the opportunity to meet you in person, but thank you for telling us about some of our weaknesses. We really appreciate an honest review and tips given.
The towels that Bojana (lady who spoke proper English)brought you might have been forgotten, after the part you had. So it is also one of the things I know is not true, we deliver towels if asked.
Generally we are known for the cleanes of the rooms I'm surprised and disappointed that you found that it was really dirty, I would really appreciate if you take the time to email or leave a comment what exactly made you feel like it's dirty.
We like hosting people at our place and it a job that I do personally for the pleasure, still we have to respect the fact that at 5 o'clock in the morning some people in the neighborhood are sleeping. The feedback that I'v got was that you where drinking at the stairs till 5 in the morning and that nobody said or did anything, we great guests with coffee and Rakia but we are not allowed to serv Alcohol to drunken guests, hope that not giving you rakia when you asked in the morning didn't offend you. Also we never had any guests who tried crawling to the bottom floor trough the window :)
Once again thank you for staying at our place, it looks like you had fun after all, I regret not meeting you. It seems like it would be fun.
Generally we a not a mainstream tourist point, so we probably don't check all the boxes but next time we can refere you to the local Motel, Pansion or some guesthouse.
