Escaping the cold of SP

New hotel, everything is beautiful, clean, excellent staff service, the only thing we can say is that it is far from the center, but nothing that an UBER can't solve.
It is very close to the airport and the Agro shopping mall. A Super Máxi is being built very close by, so it will be excellent.

A real hell

I'm absolutely in shock, I've never had such a bad experience. The hotel is very noisy, the reception is where the noise happens with loud music 00:30 and when you complain they simply ignore. Our bed was not made, there was not even sheets and when we talked about it not even an “excuse” offered, only delivered a sheet for us to turn. We found hair and hair in the bathroom box. The whole face towel stained, the face in a regrettable condition. Now the worst: Somebody from the reception simply invaded our room in the middle of the morning and when we questioned what happened said that it was not his fault because it is listed as empty the room in the system. I've never seen anything like that. In this minute there is music very loud, it is 00:50 and several complaints were made.

Cost benefit very good!

We picked this hotel option on Tripadvisor and we made the choice, we stayed overnight on 21/12/24! Relatively new hotel, with friendly and caring staff. The structure of the hotel is good. The room we stayed was clean and neat in addition to being quiet, we stayed on the 4th floor, the towels clean and white. Breakfast is simple but delicious, it is free. We really liked the experience, a great cost benefit. I recommend!

Noisy and disorganized

I don't know how a hotel of this is rated n 1.Our experience in the family was awful, starting with the reception that provided key to a room with wrong accommodation and closing with gold key the total absence of acoustic insulation between the rooms.If you want a quiet night of sleep do not look for this place

Comfortable and clean room. I only had a problem with cockroaches in the bathroom.
Breakfast with plenty of options, attentive reception, very tasty dinner
