Good location, LRT (City Hall) and supermarket are just nearby.
Room is spacious but the air ventilation is quite noisy.
The worst was the water kettle was very dirty (seems some milky layer inside 🤮 )but no instant replacement could be provided until next day. In
It made us very disappointed.

Modern, clean, and comfortable facility with compact features. Building is shared with Hilton Garden Inn. Convenient access to the CTrain and downtown amenities. Limited hotel parking and drop-off/pickup space. Paid public parking is available across the street. Common areas felt cramped and at full capacity during off-season stay. Beds are noticeably firm, bordering on uncomfortable. A good choice if you’re okay with a few minor drawbacks.

Great hotel, very clean inside, excellent staff, great proximity to downtown and events. Some issues with Calgarys drug and housing crisis are noticeable in the area. The hotel does their best to deal with it but the city could do more to help.

Good, friendly and clean.

Friendly staff, will definitely be returning. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because breakfast is hit and miss, one day there was no food at all, no cups and no forks at 8am.
They have a nice gym, pool, Jacuzzi and a place to wash and dry your clothes.

Hotel was decent. Website says room service but there was no room service. Pillows sucked and were super flimsy. Pull out couch was very uncomfortable according to my son.
