Hampton inn lives up to it's reputation.

This Hampton Inn by Hilton lived up to Hilton standards. Room was clean and comfortable. My room actually looked like it had been remodeled recently. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. I'll come back to this place next time I ever go to London.

We stayed with our hockey team and this was probably one of the best experiences we've had on a tournament in terms of accommodations. Of course kids get excited and on the first night we can into an issue with another guest. The staff handled everything seamlessly and respectfully. If you are staying with a team, the conference room is a great idea to book for the kids and parents. The staff was more than accommodating to us. Breakfast was perfect and went until 10am which was really nice. A lot of great options for everyone. The kids loved the pool. The staff were also quite welcoming to the parents and allowed us to hang out in the lobby area as we pleased. I also can't say enough good things about the staff who interacted with our children, complimented them and put up with all their snack buying at their store. The room were spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable!

Bedbugs at this hotel!

Beware!! This hotel has bedbugs
I was bitten several times . The hotel had pest control come and confirmed that they had bedbugs. Stay at your own risk! I would highly suggest not staying at this hotel due to the fact these bugs can spread like wildfire.

This is a wonderfully clean and comfortable hotel. The bed, clean bathroom and room in general was superb. Great hotel location as well. However, they do not recycle. Anywhere - in the room or at breakfast. Sooooo much waste - and thus the 4 vs. 5-star rating. The pool was wonderful and at a nice temperature. Breakfast staff were very accommodating and pleasant, but the front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming. This was the first hotel I've been in (and we travel a lot) where the bed did not look directly at the TV. That made it uncomfortable to watch TV. Otherwise, great hotel, and we'll definitely go back. I just hope I see it more eco-friendly by seeing blue boxes in rooms, and a LOT less waste at the delicious continental breakfast.

No issues whatsoever with my stay. Front desk was very friendly and efficient. Advised by staff of the amenities, breakfast time etc. Property including my room specifically was very clean. Ample parking.
