Good service.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the surrounding food, attractions, travel is super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the beds comfortable, and the bed was comfortable. Praise the little train Lin Peng, service sweet ~

Were on Hainan January 2025, (The St. Regis Sanya Yalong Bay Resort,. 5 *) a little bit about the hotel: everything is good here except that the towels on the beach are not always washed just dried, I thought it seemed an no next day 3 towels and all smelled and on one strange brown spots! in the kitchen not emphasizing - just China! and the queue to the restaurant in the morning is such a pleasure for such money (no flight 500 tr, 14 nights) The attitude of the staff is not friendly some kind as if I came to their house for free to stay without an invitation!!!

今年冬假我们带宝宝来三亚度假酒店有很多儿童项目我们参加了儿童高尔夫教练John负责很有耐心细节教宝宝操作高尔夫杆宝宝玩得很开心非常好的体验五星好评!
We took our baby to Sanya for vacation this winter. The hotel has many children's programs. We participated in children's golf. The coach John was in charge and was very patient. He taught the baby how to operate the golf clubs in detail. The baby had a great time. A very good experience. Five-star praise!

The property is so outdated. We waited an hour to get our room as the room we paid to upgrade was doing repair work and we were not advised as we were waiting. The rooms and restaurant smell stale. The buffet breakfast was very average. The hotel has nothing to offer. We paid over 3000 yuan. Definitely not worth it. The only good point is the garden and lobby view.
