First class room, clean and well appointed.
Prices were reasonable and the breakfast was really good with a good variety of western options.

Good staff and nice room. Shopping malls are nearby.
It would be better if hotel can maintain the outlook of the building.

Convenient for tourists

Conveniently located. The metro station is 500 meters straight. The city's huge South Station is nearby. The centre is 8 metro stops in 25 minutes. Large comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfasts. Clean cleaning. Nice city views from the 19th floor. The room is quiet even with an open frame. There are minor flaws. The biggest one is the air conditioning doesn't work for cooling in November.

The first time I came across booking two nights apart and then being forced by the hotel to move my bags and change rooms, it refreshed my mind.

The hotel was a great place to stay, and the hotel was full of arrogance. I'm paying for accommodation not to get angry. Breakfast is also general, not much of a highlight. The most amazing thing is to complain to customer service in China after the incident, to customer service at headquarters. It turned out that the hotel hadn't been contacted by any means for a week, which was interesting and validated the hubris.
