I had a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. One thing I truly appreciated was the daily housekeeping service—every day, the room was thoroughly cleaned, and the water bottles and coffee capsules were replenished without fail.
The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was well-maintained. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Staff were great. Location was great and surprisingly quiet even being right across from the train station. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, everything was perfect.

Deeply unpleasant man in check in. No VIP perks and instead put in the most horrific room. Eventually moved to the room we paid for (not an upgrade) by another member of staff after we went to the first room which was so small there was no room to put a suitcase or open a door and walk around it

Wonderful location, and very stylish. The sauna and steam room were great, as was the breakfast. Only downside was a very, very warm room and sporadic hot water
