Beautiful amazing hotel, book it now, don't look any further
We stayed at the Hermitage hotel as a surprise birthday gift for my husband's 75th birthday. From the minute we arrived the staff could not do enough for us. As we were very early we were able to leave our bags and go off and investigate Prague. I'm sorry I didn't take names but the gentleman at reception (who appears to never go home) gave us a map and how to get the tram just round the corner 5 minute walk. This is a very short journey into Charles bridge which we always used as our starting point to "wander and explore" He also diplomatically informed us that as we were of a certain age to carry our passports and we get free travel. On our return at 3pm our room was ready. Beautiful, high ceiling spotless, massive bed. The shower was so powerful. We had dinner in the restaurant that evening, again beautiful, staff so attentive and the food was delicious. Wine was good too on their recommendation. Very quiet street, if you listened hard in the morning you might hear the train but windows were well insulated. Breakfast was a feast... In a previous review someone said it was busy, we had no problem finding a table and the selection was amazing , I have come home several pounds heavier. As it was my husband's birthday , when we returned to our room on the day, we found a beautiful cake and a small bottle of brut. Very thoughtful. The reception booked a taxi for us to return to the airport. We paid the hotel for this service then you know exactly how much you were paying. Thank you everyone for looking after us and making my husband's surprise birthday trip so memorable. We will certainly be back and highly recommend you too or friends.

Enjoy stay
I really enjoy breakfast in this hotel. Offer was various and delicious! Room was very nice and clean. Room had coffee machine and also kettle with various teas. Staff was great, I really enjoy stay here even it was for one night. I will come back here in the future.

The room is clean.
Internet works but nothing extraordinary.
Breakfast feels very repetitive, but still quite decent.
Gym doesn’t have many machines, but guests usually don’t use it, so all good. The views were good (during the day).
I will come again.

Great hotel with good service and facilities. The rooms are well sized and the beds are comfortable. The rates were extremely attractive, especially as it included breakfast, which was above average in standard.
Public transport links are close by and getting to the sights is not a problem. Highly recommend this hotel if you are coming to Prague.

Amazing Prague
10 stars if possible, whoa this hotel is a massive hit with us, from their comms during booking direct with hotel, staff are amazing, beautiful rooms, air conditioning could be cooler, breakfast was included in the tariff, this would have to be the best breakfast buffet we have had around the world, quality food & staff. We ate at the restaurant both nights, incredible food each night, Prawns w Wasbi mayo ( to die for) Salmon & Schnitzel & of cause Apple Studel, 2nd night more Prawns, Fallow Deer & Beef Burger plus the biggest compliment would go to the manager ( Ondrej Skoupy) hope I have the correct name & staff for arranging a beautiful birthday gift( bottle of bubbles from Czechia & amazing chocolate cake in our room, you are all superstars. The hotel is close to the trams, 700m roughly, get the 24 hr pass from PID app or we used Bolt between the main train station due to cobblestones on the footpaths,great value for money across all facilities, thank you for your amazing effort to welcome us into your hotel.
