An amazing holiday at the Cleopatra Hotel in Hurghada
The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Always smiling, the staff were ready to accommodate our every request, making us feel special and welcome.
The range of activities on offer at Cleopatra Resort Hotel was impressive. Every day we had a choice of interesting activities, which were led by a wonderful team of people with an over-sympathetic colleague Sami both outdoors and inside the hotel. There was something for everyone, regardless of age or interests.
The food was delicious! Every meal was a real feast for the palate. The variety of dishes and their high quality satisfied even the most discriminating gourmets.
In conclusion, the Cleopatra Resort in Hurghada is a place worth visiting. It guarantees an unforgettable stay, full of luxury and wonderful memories. Highly recommended!

Excellent above exceptional
From the moment we arrived at Cleopatra Luxury Resort, the service was nothing short of exceptional. The main hotel is huge and beautifully designed, and we were delighted to receive an upgrade free to a stunning sea and pool view room since i was traveling with our son. This thoughtful gesture truly set the tone for what would be an unforgettable experience.
What stood out the most was the incredible hospitality of the staff. As Muslim travelers, we were initially unsure about how accommodating the resort would be, but we were genuinely overwhelmed by their kindness and consideration. We entered the blessed month of Ramadan during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable.
For Suhoor, they provided us with an abundant spread so much so that we had to request smaller portions! They even opened the restaurant at Suhoor time exclusively for us, setting up a beautiful table with carefully prepared food. The respect, generosity, and warmth we received made us feel like royalty. The restaurant staff and managers personally checked in on us, ensuring we had everything we needed, and even asked the chef to prepare special dishes for us. The chef himself took the time to come and ask if there was anything we would like, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Beyond the amazing hospitality, the resort itself is breathtaking. The beach is huge and stunning, with attentive staff who help set up towels and make sure guests are comfortable. The weather was fantastic, with just a light breeze, making it perfect for relaxing by the sea.
For those seeking peace and quiet, the resort also has an adults-only section, making it an ideal choice whether you’re looking for family fun or a tranquil getaway.
I rarely write reviews, but this experience was truly special, and I wanted to share my gratitude. Thank you to all the staff at Cleopatra Luxury Resort, especially the restaurant team and reception staff, for making our stay so memorable. You truly uphold world-class hospitality!
