Please inform Résidence Château du Mée in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are able to check-in from 16:00. In case of early arrival or arrival outside of reception hours, please inform the property in advance. Please note that the price includes a cleaning kit and end-of-stay cleaning, but guests are requested to wash their dishes and clean the kitchen area before check-out. Please note that daily cleaning is not provided but guests can request cleaning services for an extra charge. Guests staying for longer than 5 nights will receive a weekly cleaning service. Please note that the baby cot is suitable for a child weighing less than 15 kg. Due to Covid-Measure guests are invited to book access to swimming pool directly at front desk. Max 15 persons per hour are allowed. The allocation of accommodation is subject to the immobilization of a deposit of €200 on the customer's credit card during Check-In. This sum may be "immobilized" the day before arrival or more mainly at the time of arrival, and released no later than 48 hours after the client's departure depending on the condition of the accommodation. This deposit is immobilized as a guarantee to guarantee the perfect condition of the latter.
