Clean spacious room and the staff here were excellent. Great 5* service from everyone we dealt with and they went above and beyond with any request. The hotel is a great price and located well within a 5/10 minute walk of an underground - would happily stay here again.

The elevator was inoperable multiple times during my visit. The housekeeping staff were excellent in maintaining the room in a clean state of status. The restaurant staff were welcoming and extremely friendly yet professional.

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel.
Most the staff were fantastic. Only one that was a little unhelpful.
The rooms are clean and up to date.
The added bonus was the pool. This was great as a time filler when you have a little one.
Although I would say that this hotel is definitely aimed a little more to an older crowd.
My only negative about the whole experience is the Hotel app itself.
I booked this holiday with breakfast but apparently you have to add that on. Just make it better to use.

Many years ago, I found this hotel very practical for it´s closeness to the Berlin Airport at the time. Now that the new airport is at the totally other end of Berlin, I still use this hotel because I like it. Good standard, reasonable prices, free street parking just outside, fairly big rooms, nice personnel - significally better than similarly priced hotels downtown. Fairly good restaurant also. I haven´t used breakfast so cannot comment on this.
Reasonably easy to reach the nearest U-bahn U7, some six minutes walk.
