Flying from Bremen really good

Directly at Bremen Airport. Modern rooms, clean and cozy beds. Quick check in and friendly staff. Breakfast is included and top. Very good value for money.
Parking is available from 6 pm in surrounding parking lots.

Really excellent service. Our booking provider made a mistake and the lady at reception sorted it out straight away and upgraded us to the correct room. The room was perfect for the four of us.
Parking available on the street for free during the weekend and the centre was only 15 mins away by car!
Breakfast was fine and once again the service was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

For one night absolutely OK

We used the hotel for a stay from 21.12. to 22.12.2024 for one night including breakfast.
Parking possible on site in a parking garage. Check In hassle-free and the connection to the public transport in two minutes accessible. The room was clean. Only the carpet could use a replacement. The room was on the 3rd floor. Floor easily accessible by elevator. Unfortunately, the room was extremely overheated and could not be cooled down. That made the night a very uncomfortable one in the two neat single beds.
The breakfast was sufficient but with rock-hard baked-on rolls not particularly delicious. The coffee from the vending machine bad.
Those arriving for breakfast a little later than 7:30am will find a very noisy and crowded room with international guests.
All in all : Enough for one night.

Provides decent spread of breakfast daily. Rooms are clean and spacious.
Walking distance from airport. Near the tram 6, that leads to City Center in 15mins.

Front desk workers too far from understanding the customer

They were charged my credit card again because they couldn’t see payment for my booking through DD2X18 Hotelbeds in their systems. Even though the agency has submitted their payment documents, they haven’t paid back to my card on file. They still want a reminder email when I call today. An employee from the front desk, especially Tina, who completely misleads the customer and falsifies. There’s no way to reach Malde, who says he’s going to help, either on second stay or via email. The emails were not returned. The heating settings for the air conditioning in the room did not work, and the front desk provided an added heater. When we visited again on December 6, they redirected to a room with no air conditioning. They changed rooms this time when I told the front desk if they worked. While it’s good as a hotel, the staff members are profiles that don’t really understand the customer, especially the front desk staff.
