Super organized, professionals, party, great food!

Great food, very friendly, great program, great atmosphere. We have booked “my holiday”. It was beautiful. Super organized excursions, very clean and for the price an unbeatable offer. The staff put a lot of effort into it and have great ideas!

Maximum rip-off.

Absolute rip-off. We had to pay 175 euros because we were vaping with a vape during the party. The house rules only say something about a smoking ban. Nothing about vaping! Without any warning that this was not allowed, we were taken to reception and had to either pay 175 euros each or we would have to leave. Absolute cheek!!

Hallo Sabrina,
ich denke, es versteht sich von selbst, dass bei einem Rauchverbot auch das "Dampfen" verboten ist. Es belästigt andere Gäste und da ist es egal , ob Tabak oder Dampf. Unsere Hausordnung, die bei der Buchung auch mitgesandt wird, sagt auch aus, dass es auch für E-Zigaretten gilt.
Diese Regelung, die übrigens auch vom Gestzgeber so geregelt ist, ist zum Schutz aller anderen Gäste.

Great breakfast nice staff

I had breakfast at Eurostrand Fintel today. We were completely satisfied. Delicious coffee, large selection of cheese, sausage and bread/rolls. Great cereal corner. There were also pancakes but I couldn't finish them freshly squeezed juice. Very attentive and friendly staff. And not expensive either! I'll be back.

Accommodation was not possible

Hello. We have been coming here for several years, but we have never had accommodation like this before. As a group of 4 women in house number 102 it was a disgrace. Lack of outside lighting, pretty much on the edge of everything. You didn't want to go back there alone in the evening. The heating didn't work or didn't get warm. It was a complete dump. Can't recommend it to anyone. The food and the service staff were positive. Very friendly and attentive. At reception, our complaints were just laughed at and the curt answer was that we were fully booked. No bonus or concessions. Gaby K.

vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Es ist richtig, dass wir an diesem Wochenende ausgebucht waren. Ansonsten hätten wir Ihrem Wunsch nach einem Tausch sicher gerne erfüllt.
Wir haben in unserem Resort unterschiedliche Häuser und Appartements und ein paar Häuser, wie das im Finkenweg, sind vom Innencentrum ca. 100 Meter entfernt.
Die eigentliche Buchungspartnerin hat diese Unterkunft bei der Buchung gewählt.
Durch ein frühes buchen, sichern Sie sich natürlich, eine größere Auswahl und Lage der Unterkünfte. Unsere Securitys hätten Sie auf Nachfrage gerne auf dem Weg zum Haus begleitet.
Einen Bonus für eine erbrachte Leistung können wir leider nicht gewähren.
Es freut uns, dass Ihnen unser reichhaltiges Buffet sowie unser Service Personal gefallen hat.

You can't sleep in the beds. The resort was only half full (what a surprise), and there were long queues at dinner.

Drunk people are really ripped off, with unrealistic prices. This price list is not available anywhere. If you don't pay, you are forced to pay by security and thrown out. Absolutely impossible.
Management is not willing to compromise the next day either. 175 euros for a drag on a neutral e-cigarette.

Liebe Ramona, wie bereits in einem anderen Portal geantwortet, versuchen wir unsere Preise so stabil wie möglich zu halten. Das Rauchen in geschlossenenen Räumen ist aus gesetzlicher Sicht leider n icht möglich. Dafür bieten wir unseren Gästen separate Möglichkeiten dies zu tun. Das gilt auch für E Zigaretten.
