Great room, great location. Did not try breakfast. Unattentive reception, passed by many times and they did not look up or said hi even though they were alone there.

Very nice property, rooms, and staff. Convenient to the entertainment district and other night life in a very lively neighbourhood.

Great staff, very welcoming. room was a good size, very good location. downsides were the curtain in the room was falling off the rail and the wifi was very weak in the room (although you can ask for a password to an addtional wifi network)

With 13 of us staying in the hotel for between 1 and 3 nights, we had lots of comments on the good choice of hotel amongst us. Others hada few issues on getting the room temperature right, but that seemed to be the only criticism I heard. With one member of the party not well, I had reason to enlist the help of the hotel staff in getting more professional medical help. Can't rate the response and willingness and concern of the staff at reception enough. Due to chnaging shifts, I did not get time to thank them personally, but hope this message gets back to them
