I am sorry for the average review
- the size of the room is more than accommodating
- the location of the hotel from the city center was alright
- the view of the room we stayed in - not spectacular
- the surroundings - beautiful park in the back with a small river where you can admire the wild ducks
- the cleanliness standard is good
- the price range based on the offer is more than alright
- the breakfast was alright
- the most important aspect: the allow pets since we were travelling with our dog
Negatives:
- very small packing place in front of the hotel
- apparently there is an underground parking place designated for the hotel. I wish we could have seen the parking place but were not able to due to the lack of information provided by the receptionist. We arrived after a long day in the evening when all the parking places in front of the hotel were taken. We drove in the back, which, by the way, is not that easy to find; you try to go to the underground parking lot and you find yourself in front of a closed gate with no doorbell to ring. We did not think of asking how is the access to the underground parking lot since you have a receptionist to provide you with all the information or, at least, ask you about the means to travel. I am guessing the underground parking lot is not free but not being provided with a piece of information about how much it costs and how do you access the parking lot is not something what I would qualify as good service
- in the morning, right before I entered the elevator, I was asked the number of the room, still not sure why, maybe my face gave them the wrong vibe or my dog's demeanor, not sure which good service.
- the messages in the bathroom about dancing all night to save on heating, etc., etc. It is very nice the hotel lets us know what is important to them and, indirectly, inviting us to feel the same. After you travel for 7 hours you expect a warm room not an invitation to go out dancing to warm yourself, thus, not needing heating in the room.
The hotel needs to invest in quality personnel who is able to provide all the information they would have liked to be provided should they have been a guest of the hotel. It is a pity to having to list the negatives which are no more than a reflection of the lack of details provided or of poor instruction before employment in such an important position. Reception is the first impression of everything. Even if the hotel is not perfect, you need to know, as a guest, that you have people you can rely on to solve your issues.

Not recommended.
The "hotel bar" was the last. The receptionist refused to serve us at the table. This is not their job. We should shout our wishes to her and pick up the drinks she filled into the glasses at the counter ourselves (4-star house??).
On the grounds of "environmental protection", it was announced by note that the rooms are cleaned only on request. So far, so good. However, room rates are required, which do not indicate that room cleaning is only available on request.
A discount, which is available for example at the Mercure hotel group, has not been granted.
For a 4-star house, none of this fits.
