Decent Stay, Great Location & connectivity, Good service

The hotel is quite decent. Ranchi is an industrial place. Hence the hotel generally have business people as boarder. Though I stayed with my family. Very good ambiance and thus my family did not have any hesitation in staying in that hotel. Stayed in deluxe category room. Room is quite spacious with all basic room and bathroom amenities like - tea / coffee maker. mini fridge, soap, sampoo, towel etc. But the bathroom was very small. Though it was very clean, but size is very small. Hotel staff was quite good and helpful. Service is great. For a water supply problem, I found plumber service at about 11 PM night as well. Complementary breakfast having lot of options. It was good. The hotel got a restaurant and food was good. The hotel has a large car parking place. Locality of the hotel is really great. Market complex is just opposite of the hotel building. All sort of shops surrounding the hotel. Very near to the Ranchi railway station.

nice stay

location of the hotel is perfect, situated on the main road of Kadru, room service a bit slow, the hotel manager had to guide the junior staff about each and every step like sanitising and cleaning etc. the food was good. the menu of breakfast could be improved.

Bad Experience

Stayed there for 4N/5D, a very bad experience indeed. Booked in online from MMT. Staff is rude. was travelling as a couple and some one tried to open the door, complaint Wass done but no action was taken.
Staff is not cooperative at all. Front Office staff is not up to the mark. no coordination between the staff.
Would not recommend anyone to stay.

Well maintained hotel near Ashok Nagar..

The hotel is relatively newly built, so is well maintained. It is near the Kadru Flyover, and is easy to reach from the Train Station as well as the Airport.
The prices are decent as is the room service..

A very Good Budget Hotel

The rooms and restaurant is very decent. I find this to be an ideal place to stay. The hotel is centrally located and the staff are very polite and courteous. The wi-fi needs some improvement as the speed is very slow. Barring the wi-fi, everything else is very good
