Staying in this hotel was an experience worth reliving.
Staying in this hotel was not my own choice; the airline booked it as my flight was delayed. However, from the first contact, security check, to the in-checking at the reception, the staff were kind, polite, professional and very helpful. They got out of their way and arranged my transportation to the airport and stayed in contact all the way. The breakfast buffet was excellent; a very broad range of choices. Location is very convenuent; a 5 min ride to the center and there are both shops and cafeterias nearby.

Fabulous hotel and service.
Bristoria was our final hotel on my groups. 9 day stay in Iraq. We were VERY happy to sleep in such comfortable beds, amazing showers and a fabulous breakfast.
The service was amazing, much better than all our other hotels.
Mohammed (restaurant server) was absolutely wonderful every time we saw him, whether it was breakfast or room service.
ALL the staff on the front desk were polite, friendly and very helpful.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone on a short stay in Erbil - ONLY downside is the distance from the main city. But Careem/Uber is great.
The service was amazing, much better than all our other hotels.

Comfy stay
The room is clean the bed is comfy the staff is really great the guys especially, the reception team Abdullah and mahdi also the breakfast was good with good iteams , and super service we will come back i used already to come here and its a second home

Great hotel in Erbil
Great hotell, and great staff. Front desk was amazing. I dont think I ever experienced this type of hospitality before, I really enjoyed my stay. I recommend this place, and if I come back to Erbil I will without any doubt stay here. Location is good, not in the middel of town, which I think is a good thing. They have small shops, cafes, restaurants, even a Burger King, money exchange, a great gym (if you dont use the hotel gym) etc all very close.
