Bridge in the mountains

We have just returned home after the All Saints bridge between Merano, Lagundo and Reschen. We stayed at this property and were really pleased. We made an appointment since the rooms were already all booked! But for us it was much better because one evening we stayed for dinner in “our little apartment” and we loved this “romantic dinner in privacy”!! The property is very pretty, has spectacular views of an apple orchard and the mountains. Pool and sauna very very nice! Very hearty breakfast always stocked with delicious things!
We were super satisfied! I highly recommend it!
The only doubt I have is .. but if the key to open the main door then outside the structure where the apartments are was the same as our apartment ... everyone has the key to the external door, so all the keys to the appointments are the same? It was just a key, both to open outside and to open the apartment.
Really beautiful structure!

Beautiful discovery

We returned today from our three-day holidays markets in Meran.
ours was a group of 11 people not easy to manage for the rooms
But I must say that the hotel managers were helpful finding us the best solution by settling in three apartments all close.The large and clean apartments with a beautiful view
equipped with everything even a comfortable bag with kit for the pool
equipped kitchen nothing was missing
our apartment was super with two separate rooms each with its own bathroom
The only thing I'd probably put in front of the room is a curtain to separate those who pass by the other room.
Hearty breakfast and all fresh and good
Super also the swimming pool with sauna parking under the hotel
Thanks for everything we will be back next year

Nice but could get better

The place is wonderful, the property has great potential but for what you pay it is a shame to have to check in with the Key boxes after 4:30 pm and communicate with the staff via messages until the morning. It took us a while to find the key despite the photos they had sent us. As soon as you enter the ground floor a strong smell of chlorine invades you and accompanies you to the First Floor. Not very gradevole.La room was spacious but the fridge resting on the ground without even a kettle, are small details that can be improved. There's a fridge with sodas and some ice cream at the entrance. Just if you are really thirsty.So I suggest if you do not want to go out or arrive late to bring something to eat. From the rooms you can hear the voices and noises of other guests .. I had read that there was a restaurant in the structure but in the evening it was all closed, maybe there were not enough guests but just warn. I'm sorry to have to write my disappointment but I repeat for what you pay I'm not satisfied with a free pass to use to get around. With this I suggest the structure!

Great location, spatious appartment, average food and hosts

The location next to an orchard, above the valley of Merano, is great for hikes either towards Merano following the path next to irrigation channels, or to the paths higher on the surrounding hills, accessible via cablecars (some really "museum speciemens", great experience indeed :) Great free parking arround the hotel. As hotel guest you get a card allowing you to use the local bus system, which can help you to organize the hike without using your own car.
As a group of old friend staying there for hiking, other aspects of the stay have not been so important for the choice of this hotel. Anyway, we liked the size of the appartment (which is without any facilities except fridge), the balconies to dry our wet clothes returning from the hikes, and breakfasts (great choice), one of us liked the swimming pool after the hikes. Did not like so much the food for the evening (soups and salads have been the best of 4 course dinners; however, the wine-list was really good). The hosts ... kind, patient with us (when having another round of wine after the dinner, outside in the garden), but not extremelly friendly or charming. Wifi in general not functioning, at least not in the way to send an email with a photo in less than in 10 minutes... useless really (reservation of the next stay took us more than half an hour instead of 1-2 minutes). Overal, would stay again, when hiking again :)

Capodanno in montagna

Mi sono recata in hotel durante il periodo di capodanno 2021 /22 , devo fare i complimenti ai gestori molto accoglienti e attenti ad ogni richiesta; hotel molto pulito e ottimo cibo. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo! Ci ritornerei, lo consiglio.
