Business stay

Stayed for work two nights in this hotel, the room was clean and also the bathroom, nice spacious shower, the only flaw of the hotel breakfast, mixed croissants without indication, a bit 'scarce despite there were still many people.

Surreal

Totally devastating experience... starting with the "fast" WI-FI... NOT RECEIVED... after which at 11.00 pm the electrical system fails... restored after half an hour... in the meantime, there is NO more water in the room... therefore the toilets and we will do various cleaning tomorrow... at the service station...
Conclusion: if a good morning starts in the morning... anyway I paid €90 in advance, which I shouldn't have done, also because I think asking for a refund is useless...
PS. Since I slept little and badly, I allowed myself to get water (the only one available) from the mini-bar... try asking me to pay for it!
Absolutely not to return. XXX

Does not worth visiting

Yeaaaaaars ago it was 4 star hotel with noble yellow marmer interior, but that was in past..... Rooms are spacious, but it really needs reconstruction and better cleaning overall. spider webs were everywhere. The mini fridge was dirty too ( not cleaned since previous visitor).
Air conditioning not working..., very small TV with no Internet connection.
If you come for oversleep with breakfast, save money on this extremely small breakfast of this 4star hotel which is served like in hostel or B&B... No bread, eggs already at 9.15! After several complaints they decided to go buy filled croasants and cooked few more eggs... That's all. Yes, they had yoghurt and banana with apple (no other fruit) but no muesli... No vegetables or salad - it was "impossible" as a Waitress said to get cucumber or tomato... Its a shame...
Additionally, they don't respect privacy and ignoring Do not disturb signs!
They could not provide iron (really old, by the way)because it was broken... The only one for the whole hotel....
All of this was discussed with the reception, but not any discount or compensation was possible!
Management was "" not reachable"" and personell at reception was" "not authorised"" to deal with complaints, unbelievable. They ask guests to pay upfront, but we warn you to not do this!

Cotton buds on floor, hairs in bed,when I told reception they looked and said nothing,hotel advert said restaurant but it was closed,again receptionist was dismissive and argumentive,there was little communication and when leaving not even a thankyou or goodbye
