Minus: No real balcony to sit outside, no coffee machine, the owner didn't know where the duvet was (we discovered a cupboard in the morning), room are not sound-proofed which means late-night noise and early morning cars and locals talking loud as if you were out on the street so if you're a light sleeper, think twice or simply bring the best ear plugs. Not too easy to get in touch as we were locked out with a smart card on the wall we were unaware of. Ask for everything basically.
All in all, a pleasant place with lots of potential. It's the small stuff, as always.
