I had a fantastic stay at the NH Hotel Presidente in Milan, and what truly set this experience apart was the outstanding staff. A massive shoutout to Alfredo, Omar, Lidia, and the entire reception team—their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made my visit incredibly smooth and enjoyable. The bell staff, including Patrick and his colleagues, as well as the security team, were all exceptionally professional and helpful. Special thanks also to Matteo at the bar, who brought an extra touch of warmth and excellence to the experience.
The level of service and attentiveness from everyone at the hotel was top-tier, making me feel well taken care of at every moment. Although there has been ongoing construction in the town square for over five years, which I imagine must be frustrating for the hotel owners, it surprisingly doesn’t ruin the experience. The views of the Duomo are still breathtaking, and the three-minute walk to it is unbeatable. If anything, it makes me wonder—why not take this opportunity to refresh the hotel itself a little bit?
That said, if there’s one area that could use improvement, it would be room cleaning. A bit more thoroughness, especially in checking under the beds and ensuring all details are spotless, would elevate this hotel even further.
But overall, the impeccable service and hospitality of the NH Hotel Presidente team far outweigh any minor issues, making this a standout place to stay in Milan. Looking forward to returning!

A lot of positive feedbacks (location location location) Yet, few negative: bed with wheels is not stable; they must place a rug under the bed. Also, the shades are 60% darkness. In addition, the noise from the street . We stayed at second floor. Average hotel.

We arrived at the hotel around 9:30 pm and found out that the bathtub is plugged up when we took a shower. Called the operator and they sent a handyman up to just take a look of the problem. The handyman told us that he will be back to fix the problem but he never returned. No follow up call received from the hotel operator the next morning either. When reported to them in person about the issue we had with the plugged bathtub later in the morning, they then immediately sent someone up to resolve the problem. We also got annoyed by the checkin receptionist speaking in France with his colleague while checking us in the hotel.

We were there for only one night, but the personnel was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
