Excellent hotel

Structure in an optimal position a few steps from the metro, very large and well-kept. Room spotlessly clean, very spacious and equipped with every comfort. Staff always available, friendly and ready to give advice on how to get around the city. Breakfast with excellent sweet and savory products. I highly recommend it!!

Awful - avoid at all costs!

God awful! Placed in a room right next to a service elevator with noise and staff in and out all night. Yes - we explained and asked to move, and did get a move but the new room had no hot water (which we did not know until the next day). Asked at reception, staff were unhelpful, handyman came and went three times over an hour and then left us with no water and having to ask for yet another room. Manager awful and blamed us despite handyman saying it was an issue!
Rooms were tired, breakfast was AWFUL and cheap - not worth the cost and would absolutely NOT go back! Sad really.

The hotel was very nice. It is a 150 year hotel but is maintained well. Breakfast was ok but you expect more from a 4 star hotel. The room was nice. We were upgraded because of a mishap. We got a room which was already in ise. Room had 2 slots for a suitcase which was better than usual. Shower was not sufficiently insulated so the bathroom floor got wet. Overall we would recommend.

Definitely quiet, very comfortable bed.

Very nice hotel, recommended!

We went as a family. In the room we were prepared a bed for our 5-year-old daughter. Very good cleaning. In the bathroom it was a bit difficult to avoid getting wet when showering but it was very comfortable the bathroom. All the hotel staff are Italian. Breakfast good, varied. I stress the friendliness of the staff who always went beyond our needs. Our young daughter was treated with special warmth. We were very pleased with this hotel. The location is fabulous, just 200m from Roma Termini and 300m from stop 2 of the Hop-On-Off tourist bus.
