Well placed

The hotel is a good example of a good location in Rome. The rooms are good size, clean and functional. Breakfast is okay but slowed down by a single hot drink machine. We can come back for another stay in Rome.

Efficiency and correct pricing

In a very convenient location, a few minutes from Termini Station, in one of the most interesting districts of Rome, is this holiday home, which performs an excellent function of Hotel. The reception is open 24 hours and are very kind and efficient. The rooms are clean and the whole very "basic". The relationship between quality and price is extraordinary. The breakfast was good. A valid and interesting address for stays in Rome

I stayed at the hotel for two nights, it was ok but you can find many better places to stay in Rome.
The location is not ideal to explore the city by walking.
The atmosphere of the hotel is more like a dormitory than a hotel ,
The staff are very nice and polite
The breakfast was great
Honestly I would not choose the hotel for my next trip.

Excellent place to stay in Rome. Reasonably priced, air-conditioned rooms. Super-friendly staff.

Stayed here in August 2024. This guest house is located near Termini railway station and several major basilicas. The room was air-conditioned and bathroom was quite spacious. The staff at the front desk were super-friendly. It is necessary to leave your key at the front desk but there is someone at the front desk 24 hours a day and I actually liked the idea of leaving the key so as to not worry about losing it or having it stolen. Some reviews I read said that this area of the city is not very pleasant, however I found it quite safe to walk the streets, even at night. I would definitely stay here again and liked the convenient location (near Termini but not right at Termini, which is probably not a place you want to hang out).
