I like Hotel Dina

Cozy hotel open 24 hours a day. The rooms are clean and nice. The staff available since our arrival. Breakfast? I have read absolutely unfair reviews about it: the hearty and buffet breakfast, with both sweet and savory, satisfied me fully. If we return to Rome we will return to Hotel Dina

Ideal solution for visiting the capital

The strength of this hotel is definitely the strategic location, a stone's throw from Termini station. But not only; first of all the staff is courteous, welcoming, ready and understand to manage and solve any problems. The breakfast is varied and well assorted. Rooms and bathroom have everything you need. Having stayed on several occasions, both as a solo traveler and as an escort for a group of students, I believe that the structure is suitable for more types of guests; I found myself comfortable in both circumstances.

It's not worth it.

Precise hotel. Dirty room, smelling muddy. Dirty towels and sheets. Under the bed a dust that seems to be there for months. They charged 48 euros of tourist fee that they did not allow to be paid on the card, only in cash. They didn't provide a receipt for that. Breakfast is awful. Bread, juice and other items of bad quality. Hard and dried cake, dirty cup and hard breads, seem to keep from day to day. If you want to walk around, stay in this hotel.

Extremely Disappointing Stay - Avoid This Hotel

I stayed at this hotel in Rome from December 7th to 8th, 2024, with my family, including my 3-year-old daughter. Our experience was extremely disappointing due to several issues with the hotel facilities and staff.
On the morning of our departure, we had to leave early to catch a train from Roma Termini. Unfortunately, the power went out in the entire apartment, and there was no backup. Our room was on the 5th floor, and without electricity, we had to carry all our luggage, including a pram, down the stairs.
When I requested assistance from the hotel staff, they were incredibly arrogant and refused to help, despite the situation being their fault. They showed no concern for our predicament, not even on humanitarian grounds.
This lack of support and empathy from the staff was unacceptable and made our stay very stressful. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel to avoid a similar experience.

Hotel Dina

The room is not spacious at all. The bed springs I can feel everyone of them. The bathroom shower water is freezing cold and leaks. The location is good but I would not recommend staying here for more than 3 nights. The breakfast has yummy croissant but they they don’t offer much of a variety.
