We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when in Kingston. Traveled as a family of 4 and got a suite. It was a great size and they had a pull out sofa and brought a roll away bed. Service was great, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and had a good variety of food including traditional Jamaican food, American breakfast and assorted fruits, cheese, cereal etc.

Great Hotel in New Kingston

We were traveling between Kingston and Portland and so stayed 1 night at the Courtleigh and then returned for another night later that week. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and professional and assisted us with all our room needs. Breakfast was complimentary and was pretty extensive with hot and cold options including traditional Jamaican options. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel is centrally located in New Kingston. We enjoyed the stay albeit it being a short one.

Lascelles good customer service.

Lascelles the front desk bell man was very helpful to our group while we were staying at the Courtleigh Hotel. Lascelles was always there to our begin call for assistance getting things transported from place to the next. I also like the room and the hospitality was excellent.

5-Star Reception

Hotel room was comfortable, clean and inviting. The check-in staff was very professional, efficient and also engaging and I must give big kudos to Ashley who sealed the deal for me and my family. She is a reminder that there are still service persons who know the true meaning of their job function. It was truly a pleasure….thank you all. GP

Great Experience!

Joseph Harvey made event planning so easy and seamless. I had a great event thanks to his helpfulness and customer centric approach!
