good location, only a minutes from Ueno station

The location is not so close, around 10 mins. With the luggage 15-20 mins. Not very comf that hot water is outside room on the 1st floor. There is no kettle in the room. Big shower and toilet. Big bed.

Breakfast was good, portion was sufficient. The staff are attentive. Need warm water instead of just cold water near the front desk facility.

Love the cleanliness of this place! Although the room was small, typical of most hotels in Japan, it was very clean and comfortable. 24 hours water and green tea at the lobby for refill, free of charge. Walking to distance to Ueno takes about 10-15mins. Family mart, 7-11, all nearby. Walking distance to Ameyoko street and OiOi mall. Overall a wonderful place!
