good

we had a nice stay friendly staff. security the whole night. when we arrived at 4am there was someone outside we felt safe. if microwave can be put in the rooms that would very nice. and remote for TV.

Not a happy client

I hated it when other patrons came in in the early hours of the morning and they were very noisy and i was not told when booking that i will be sharing a bathroom with other patrons and there's no bar at the establishment

Kubung

Kubung is very clean and tidy. The place is very quiet and safe. There is secure parking. We rented the 2 bedroom chalet and there were 2 beds in each room. fridge and kitchen ware available. The shower had hot water all the time.

Poor Service

1. Upon arrival no knowledge of our booking even though we had spoken two days before to confirm booking. This included not having a record of payments made even though proof of payment was emailed.
2. Rooms were not clean or ready for check in despite confirming they will be
3. No electricity in assigned rooms. We had to switch rooms. New rooms had all appliances switched off, we then had to request that they connect all appliances.
5. Rooms had no towels and no bins in any area in the rooms (including bathrooms)
7. We were told breakfast would be served between 7 and 8am, at 7:30am the cooks had still not arrived and we left the establishment without breakfast.
8. Property advertised wifi howver it was not working and only accessible at reception desk, no Wi-Fi coverage elsewhere in the establishment

First time with Family in Maseru

My kids enjoyed the chalet, quite spaceuos. It just need a "woman's" touch and more creativity in bringing it to life. Removing the old not working fridge, connecting the smaller fridge when visitors are coming, and be cleaned as well please. other than that, this place has a potential to being a very good family chalets in Maseru
