Overall room condition is okay. The small exhaust fan is necessary for the room without the windows to remove the excessive humidity (suggestion). There are no free parking lots available in the vicinity. Travellers can park their cars at the paid public parking lots at the hourly rate of RM 0.40 (Seberang Perai) using the "Penang Smart Parking" app.

Good basic (and clean) accommodation near restaurants and on the bus line that takes you directly to Penang Sentral (train/buses to the rest of the country and the ferry to Penang Island).

Very basic hotel don't expect anything.... some experiences, saw a baby cockcroach crawl over my blanket. Hotel is besides highway. through the whole night will hear vehicles speed by. If you are light sleeper, beware. literally no sound proofing. Also can hear the sounds from the room above and below.

The room was spacious, which was a plus. However, there was an odd smell coming from the toilet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, the lack of a rack or shelf in the shower made it inconvenient to put toiletries while showering. Overall, it was an okay stay.
