The hotel room is clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast has room for improvement because the Mee Siam is not good. It was very good comparing other four star hotels in this price and pleasant stay because 2 technicians came to fix the missing local TV channels in Room No. 622 last Saturday evening. I took advantage of recreation opportunities to visit outdoor pool located on level 15 last Sunday morning, which is in an open area with no privacy to swim since it was surrounded with the bar seating area.

Amerin Suite for 2 nights

We have stayed to this hotel like in 2017/2018, cant remember the exact year. But that time, this hotel is new hotel. All are new and fresh. We also stayed at Amerin Suite.
So for now, it looks like this hotel needs fully refurbish because the carpet looks old, the wallpaper falling off, broken wooden floor, stained bed sheets/pillow cover and unfunctioning telephone.
But what we like the most is, this room has the biggest bath tub ever. Even our bath tub at home is not that bigger. Also the water pressure is great. My kids enjoyed while having their bath in the room. No need to go to the swimming pool tho.
Since we stayed for 2 nights, we havent use the washing machine. The range of the breakfast buffet is also average and not that bad. I like their salted caramel latte.
The staff are also helpful and kind. No issue with them.

Great location and easy access. In terms of amenities, it’s is average and okay for the price you have paid. The breakfast is great with good but great if the food can be maintained warm.
