Beautiful Hotel Room

An unassuming hotel in the heart of town. Walking distance to Pasar Payang, Chinatown. Beautiful Double Room with small corridor, lower kitchen cabinets, electric jar kettle, sink, iron. There is a living room space with bean bags & TV, separated from bedroom with a sliding door. Bedroom was large & had a long wooden table which was great & really convenient for short stay travellers. There is a beautiful balcony that overlooks the main road. Toilet has bidet & shower has rain shower head as well as normal lift off shower spray. Water pressure was awesome! Owner & staff very, very friendly & helpful. Good hospitality. Value for money. Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean & so was overall room & toilet. Warm, friendly people everywhere we went and visited. Super clean & wide roads. Peaceful, calm, serene and no traffic jam. The Crystal Mosque awed me with its night scene. Pantai Kelutut super clean with wooden timber design tables & chairs where one could chill with some snacks. Truly had a memorable lovely drive via the Cameron Highland's Lojing & Blue Valley. Thank you Uptown Eco Hotel for your kind hospitality. Keep up the good work!

Value for money and good service

Only stayed one night at uptown eco hotel 2, but was quite happy with the room. There are two beds within the room but one of it is a bit hard. Air conditioning is very good for both living room and bed room. Bath room with water heater and water pressure is good. Good location as well because it is near to China town. Andy, the pic also very helpful and recommend us lots of food spot and place to visit.
Nothing much to complain with the price paid, Only draw back is curtain is too thin and transparent.

Great space, very clean

Lovely guesthouse - huge rooms and very clean. Staff friendly and very close to jetty if you're travelling to Redang - about a 7 min walk. Opposite a mosque so the call to prayer is loud and long especially during Ramadan - but I loved this!

great choice for terengganu

Only stayed for one night but we were impressed. Doesn't look much from the outside and the reception is a slightly chaotic looking office but the room was great. More like an apartment really. Two bedrooms(one with a double,one with 2 double beds),a bathroom and seating/dinning area.All spotless and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and wooden panelling and floors most attractive. Very well located opposite the market and Chinatown (recommend the Golden Dragon restaurant and the Star Anise coffee shop). Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Thanks to all for a lovely stay.

Excellent Location, Huge Rooms!

The hotel is located just 2-minute walk away from the main market (Pasar Payang) and 5-minute walk from Chinatown. We got a free upgrade to 3 poster bed room and we were extremely delighted. The room was nothing but spacious and clean, mattress and pillows are comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Towels are also provided and hot water is available at all times. The bathroom was huge, too! The room also has a TV, kettle and a long wooden table, which is excellent for families. The hotel has an elevator, definitely a plus point when you're travelling with the elderly and kids. Staff was also very attentive. There's also Papparich downstairs and getting uber/grabcar is easier when you mark your location as to/from Papparich. All in all, love our stay! The hotel didn't have a huge sign of it's name/establishment, so spotting it could be tricky from a moving vehicle. The room also has no refrigerator.
