very cheap hotel compared with others.located at ranau,easy access to kundasang and a few place to visit like sabah tea and fish park(forgot the name).hotel has designated smoking area which quite nice.self service water dispenser(coway). You can ask for iron if you need it from receptionist.

Horrible experience

On Booking.com I found some good reviews but probably fake...
Our room was supposed to be the best one but in reality, our king size premium room was just a stinky hole with the bed covered by brown dirty bed sheets.
More than this, a strong smell of mould inside the room make it impossible to sleep there.
If have strong stomach you can try to sleep there but... I ran away from that room immediately and preferred to sleep on the floor of friend of mine in the town...

Bad service and bad facilities

1. I book the room with Agoda apps on 24 feb and price is rm98 but when we reach at the hotel the price become rm118. Then we ask the staff she said because we stay at the weekend.
2. Socket plug only have 1 for the tv
3. Kettle broke but when they change for new one but more bad as before.
4. Cleanliness is bad
