Run away, run away, run away

On the ground floor there are unidentified families who are not tourists. No help or support, in the hall bivouacs of indefinable people who create embarrassment, shocking to think that a structure so combined with international tourism is offered and furthermore the surrounding park currently does not exist because it is radically being renovated, it is all a construction site, never had a experience like this, perhaps it was a series of unfortunate coincidences but I would not recommend this place

Disgusting hotel

The most terrible hotel!!! You can’t see the site in the photo, the windows are broken and the wind was blowing, the door won’t close, it was raining and water was flowing on the ceiling on the wall and in the crib, there was a smell from the shower, the reception was terrible, Miguel was a disgusting admin, the water was either warm or warm No. A friend booked it for me. Don’t go here, don’t spoil your holiday. It’s noisy until 4 am, the bed linen is absolutely terrible. I’m terrified.

Very bad experience

Noisy air conditioning could not be adjusted. It turns on by hand with traces of blood on the knobs. Mini light that illuminates half the room. Half of the electrical outlets not working. Dirty bathroom.

Um. It’s not a good look. It looks as though there is a massive group of families 10-15 -living there with young children. Why do I assume that? Only at him would I put my naked foot on a coffee table in the lobby. Actually I wouldn’t even do that because I have too much respect for my home.
Would I stay there again? Only if I was on a super budget.
Why?
-Lobby and hotel filled with residents (loud)
-Bed mattress non existent because you could feel the board slats.
-Kavia amenities?
-Had to leave a $10 US OR ID for remote control and key
-It was SUPER CLEAN. Kudos to the housekeeping who work super hard. How they keep them working there with all those families to clean up after - I dunno.
- The tv had streaming
- internet during the day was unpredictable
