Humiliating and unprofessional
I have several complaints, for different reasons, and I only stayed for 3 weeks:
1. I reserved the room 2 months in advance and was told the full price would be charged a week before that check-in date. However, at that payment, I got a charger of 50 euros more than what was supposed. At the reception, I explained the situation and gave the invoice and the emails with all the information. Still, I was told there was nothing to be done. I proceeded with online assistance and I kept waiting for a resolution for more than 3 weeks, which is a shameful and humiliating way to treat a customer. I still don't have this figured out and the money is still with Social Hub.
2. As I was on the Extended Stay policy, I had a bike included to use, so I rented it 3 days before the check-out, and I used it once. When I was far away, the bike started malfunctioning, maybe due to faulty chains, it broke down. I tried to come back walking and bring it with me, however, the Social Hub puts some plastic protection on the chain region so the wheel was stuck due to this and couldn't move. So it was also impossible to walk side by side with it, I needed to carry it. Worse, it was bad weather, I was not near any train station and I didn't know public transportation nearby, the ubers/bolts available refused to get my bike with me.
The friend with whom I was sharing the room knew about my situation and went to the reception to explain and ask for assistance/get some help regarding the situation. Surprisingly, the woman at that time simply answered "Girl, I cannot do anything about it, why are you telling me this, girl? " with a laughing tone, making fun of the situation. Given this insulting service, I understood the bike was not in their interest, so I had no choice but to come back without it. When I arrived, I told them that I couldn't bring the bike because it was not moving and I could not carry it. They told me they would deal with the problem, they asked where it was, and said that they just needed the key back with them and they would provide another one.
My surprise came 15 minutes later when I got an urgent call to my room. I went back to the reception and the same first woman told me I needed to bring it back before check out, otherwise, I would be charged a 300 euros fee, as it is in their policy. They maintained their position even though I explained that it was already the 3rd time talking about the matter and I was never told about this, especially when I asked for information and help in the first place when I was still with the bike. Moreover, there is no information about the 300 euros fee on the signed rental agreement, so that was probably some filthy lie.
In the end, I skipped my internship in the morning of the next day to go grab a faulty bike so that the problem could be fixed, as the Social Hub was not capable of doing so.

hotel mostly designed for the students and it was clean. Breakfast is not bad. But main problem is AC wasn’t working well, I stayed over 5 days and every single night I hadn’t have a nice sleep due to cold.

Lifts are on the slow side, TV had limited offer and shower splashing over the whole bathroom (draining on the floor).
