Arrival, we arrived 12pm since as per email receipt we received check in time 12:00 yet we were told by the receptionist that check in time is 2:00pm. Clearly not setting proper expectation.
Parking area, the guards does not want us to park at the parking area we end up parking at the sidewalk even though i emailed asking about parking etc etc etc. we been asking day and night if we can park meron daw naka reserved yet on our last night wala paring sasakyang nakapark. Ng ipilit kasama ko at sinabi na ilang gabi na kami wlaa naman naka park saka lang kami pinayagan mag park as you can see sa pic meroong mga space. Sana kung wlang parking dont put it on your amenities lalo na kung ayaw nyo mag papark para sana sa iba nalang ako nag book.
