excellent location near the pedestrian street and Belgrade park and fortress, , no street noise to the back. the building is curr underyies heavy construction works, with only 1 floor being operational as a hotel, and other just a facade with hollow windows.
I as a diamond member got the best deal waking up to the drilling noise from all four sides at 8am that continued until 1700.
but its going to be a great hotel and the building has a historical character.

What can I say? everything was amazing about this hotel and room. Perfect location and perfectly clean. Room had plenty of storage area to unpack and everything was modern.

I have never had a worse hotel experience in my life. The staff are rude and incompetent amateurs. The hotel is bad and dirty. The hot water does not work properly. The noise is constant. The elevators are scary. Security is zero. Serbian gangs can break into your room at any moment. It makes more sense to set up a tent in the center of Belgrade and do their best to get money from you. They said they would give you our room and breakfast. There is an airport shuttle service but they did not. If you are Turkish and a conservative family, definitely stay 2 floors away and they are constantly watching you. They even asked for money because our bag rubbed against the filthy walls. The location is good but after your vacation, this terrible hotel experience is likely to remain in your mind instead of the places you visit. In short, your money is yours. You are not going as a seasonal worker. I would like to stay in a cleaner, healthier, nicer and more professional place. You will want to punch the hotel staff in the mouth. It is certain that they do not have a family, state and hotel education.
