It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. We do not have 24hr physical reception desk. We operate with online check in and self check in, therefore: - all our guests are required to complete online check in through the link provided to them by email and accept to use self check in. If you have not completed the online checkin process (complete registration + download TTlock and register in it + provide time of arrival and working telephone number) before 16h on your date of arrival, you may be refused access to the building or charged an extra "special attendance fee". Charges for improper conduct: - We are a strictly no smoking hotel and will charge EUR250 fine to guests that smoke in the room - Other grave inappropriate behavior such as peeing on the walls, burning the floor, staining the mattresses with wine etc.. will involve a fine up to EUR300 depending on gravity of the misconduct - We ask guests to respect other guests and not play loud music after 23h, otherwise customers will be charged a EUR100 fine - We reserve the right to refuse access to customers who insult our staff or behave in any other aggressive manner. We may also call the police if the situation escalates.
