Very satisfying

Hotel with very good access and parking. The person at the reception is very friendly and helpful. The facilities and rooms are very neat and clean. In the building itself and around the hotel there are several restaurants and bars. The hotel has its own cafeteria service

Very clean.

The hotel itself is very clean, easily accessible by metro.
A bit remote from everything. So nothing to do in the immediate vicinity.
The breakfast was very extensive, but I still missed my eggs…
Room was also very clean, good bed, good shower (but small..)
Our room was just above the restaurant and it was a bit noisy until the late hours and early morning…
Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great hotel close to Madrid

Very comfortable. Kind staff. Great breakfast. Ligero station 300 meters from the hotel. The Ligero's final stop is at a Metro station. From there it is possible to visit several tourist attractions in Madrid. The region is silent. The only drawback is that there is no minibar in the room.

Basic and with a pitiful night staff

In more than 30 years of staying in hotels, and there have been many, it is the first time that I have received a dry, unprofessional welcome and almost having to say thank you for staying at your hotel.
The person who attended us on the night of November 4 was serious, had a bad attitude, and acted reluctantly, to the point of making a bad face when the phone rang, answered in a bad manner, made the client wait on the phone in bad manners and hit the headset against the table.
When he finished checking and picked up the phone again, they had already hung up (and I'm not surprised). Surely lost customer.
Luckily, the next morning, the person in charge was the complete opposite, professional and friendly, and if it wasn't for her, I would say I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Good for business

For business is a good option. Shower is good. Heating system aswell. Lack of restaurants in the neighborhood, there are only two, one is only for snacks and drinks. Breakfast is standard, but good. There is metro station 2 min walking, but its far from Madrid downtown. Industrial area, that is good for those clients in business trips.
