Charming hotel.

Charming hotel next to Plaza Mayor in the historic center. The restaurant is very nice and the food very good. Well served by the waiters, very attentive.
Parking option nearby with a small discount for the hotel .Wifi q is appreciated.

Beautiful views

We took a suite with a balcony from which you had beautiful views of Cuenca. It is a very well located hotel, clean and the staff are very friendly. The value for money is unbeatable. It has agreement with a parking lot a few meters away where they discount.

Wonderful Hotel

We loved the Hotel del Giraldo. Very nice room with a stunning view of the gorge and Parador. Bed very comfortable, bathroom clean and functional. Hotel has an elevator. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast good - order off a menu. A bit of an uphill climb from Plaza Mayor. Cuenca is an absolutely awesome day trip from Madrid! Would stay here again. Highly recommended

Historic hotel with comfortable rooms at a great location

A lovely historic building with very comfortable rooms, though unfortunately there was no watercooker in the room. The bed was great and the shower (in bathtub) very nice.
There is fixed shampoo and showergel and soap in the bathroom but no other extras.
The location is also very quiet and I slept really well.
The breakfast in the attached restaurant was great. We could take meats and cheeses and such from a small buffet but warm dishes (eggs/bacon etc) could be ordered with the staff (no extra charge) and were delicious.
The staff at the reception and restaurant was also very friendly and helpfull.
The location of the hotel is also great if you wish to explore the old town. It is very close the main square and the cathedral. We came with a taxi that dropped us off on the main square, from there it is a small , but a bit steep, distance uphill to the hotel but not too much trouble.
