Perfect All Inclusive Getaway
Diego and Miguel were the best front desk representatives we could get, very welcoming, very friendly, both with great sense of humour.
My Ambassador Diamond Elite status was recognised and without even asking we were upgraded to the Star Prestige suit on the floor floor with 2 balconies and perfect sea.
Food and beverage choices were amazing, all the catering staff and ground staff were incredible and the only let down was that the weather wasn't the greatest.
We loved every minute of this Establishment, and will be great to visit again.

Very decent resort
A rather small resort, but very well managed, with all amenities.
They have kids club running every day without booking or a maximum of children, at least not in the last weeks of the season.
The town itself doesn’t offer almost anything, but you’re one bus trip away from anywhere you want to get.
All in all I was very happy with the choice after being fooled into booking a 4 star ghetto via Thomas Cook

Dream family holiday all inclusive
- Location of the perfect hotel right in front of the beaches of Playa de Muro, the most beautiful in Alcudia in my opinion.
- Cleanliness at the top throughout the hotel.
- Room (junior suite) spacious enough for 4 including a child of 3 years and a baby of 18 months. Numerous storage rooms, shower room at the top, mini bar available and very nice terrace with retractable clothes racks very practical and nice even without sea view.
The beautiful pools at the top with the slides for the children despite the cold water but it went with the sun. The indoor heated pool is a little noisy because small but appreciable for a small swim at 5pm after tea.
- Great facilities, many deckchairs, gym, playroom for children and some outdoor games.
-And the more than positive point, the friendliness, kindness and politeness of all the hotel staff. Special mention to Romy and Vanessa who were so nice at the restaurant!
-Level food and drink was great. Very varied buffet that changes every day. Royal breakfast with everything you can ask for even gluten-free and vegan
In short a dream stay that we will renew in the iberostar chain
