Disappointed as no restaurant, though it was very comfortable
The hotel states in it’s amenities there is a restaurant and cafe but the restaurant is now closed and there is no cafe. Very disappointed as we booked the hotel as it said it was gastronomic !!! Only Spanish was spoken, had to use google translate to communicate. Changed rooms dur to noisy pool pump.

Total neglect
Well located hotel at the entrance of the city where there is easy parking, it is nice but very very neglected, and for me it does not deserve 4*, if anything 2.
I hired a superior double that is much more expensive and lacked services that were included according to their website such as free bathrobe and movies. I claim reception both services and also the TV has no internet connection, so the SmartTV service also does not work. They tell me they'll sort out the bathrobe on the go and the movie thing they had no idea about. The next day we still had no bathrobe and no other services, the answer of the lady, miss or whatever was in reception is that since we had already showered the previous day they thought we were no longer needed. That's how I figured out that the person in charge doesn't wash every day, she thinks the rest of us are just as rude. The staff tells you everything that yes, but then they ignore you. Very lousy experience, do not recommend this property

I didn't sleep all night
The hotel is nice but in the kitchen room where I slept it was a disaster. A noise in the heating that won’t let you sleep, whether it’s on or off. Then there is nowhere to sit, two flamenco tablao chairs and a broken sofa. The bathroom very cold and the furniture rusty. It's a shame I'm not better taken care of because it's a good place.

I expected more
Well located hotel. It has no parking but you can park in the area without problems. The interior is very nice. There's no elevator. The room is good. Comfortable bed. The awkward chair. The curtains are broken and cannot be closed properly. Bathroom is not comfortable. He doesn't have a shelf to leave things. Worst of all is the noise produced by the air conditioning machine. If you sleep in the hotel wear earplugs. The service staff is very nice.
In short to have the four star rating has many deficiencies.
