Amazing hotel in a great place. Friendly staff, magnificent room of ample size for two people with magical view of Grindelwald valley and the mountains. Convenient location outside of town but easily accessible by foot, bus or car.
Would most definitely stay here again.

The hotel was okay but the staff were not polite. The service was not upto mark either whether it be in the restaurant or in-room. The location was superb and the saving grace.

Great hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The views are amazing and breakfast is very nice. I would highly recommend the place. They also offer a free shuttle to the station and back. However one needs to reserve that in advance. Highly recommended.

The only complaint I have is that the outlets didn’t work that great with my grounded universal converter. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The room is extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were all friendly and accommodating.
