Amazing experience from check in to check out!

Oh wow, where do I even start? From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the lovely Bow at reception, who greeted me with the biggest smile! She made check-in a breeze and really encouraged me to reach out if I needed anything during my stay. I also had the pleasure of being assisted by MiMie, who was always cheerful and a joy to be around.
When I got to my room, I was pleasantly surprised! Even though it’s a boutique hotel, it feels so modern and beautiful. The bed was huge and super comfy, plus there was a mini fridge and a spacious bathroom/shower—just perfect!
The hotel itself is fantastic. The pool was sparkling clean, and everything felt well-maintained. I loved the little touches in the lobby—free water, juice, tea/coffee, and biscuits were always a nice surprise. The juice was so delicious that I made sure to have it every day! The location is great too; nice and quiet, yet just a few minutes away from all the action.
I can’t forget about the night team, Silean and Dear—they were so friendly and really contributed to making my stay wonderful.
Honestly, I can’t recommend this hotel enough! Everything was just perfect, and I can’t wait to stay here again! This place definitely gets an 11/10 from me! :)

Central and quiet

Medium sized hotel, great location in Chiang Mai: close to everything, but quiet and surrounded by gardens. Beautiful rooms with minimalist and chic decor. very good bedding. Nice medium sized swimming pool. Good breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the atmosphere, friendly and wayless, while remaining professional. The team is young, pro, and cheerful. Lots of good advice, lots of good humor and humor. If I return to Chiang Mai, I return to this hotel without hesitation.

Highly recommended, convenient cheap and comfortable

The place fully met our expectations and exceeded them. It is about a 20-minute walk from the night market, the nerve center of Chiang Mai's evening and nightlife. The rooms are spacious clean. The extremely helpful and helpful staff. We found ourselves extremely well and satisfied with what we had especially for the low price spent compared to what we had. Free fresh fridge water and great juices and tea are available all day. Delicious snacks that we enjoyed when we returned to the hotel. The pool is clean and pleasant and when the evening is lit it makes the hotel entrance area where you want to have an aperitif! The hotel girls are gorgeous and help you with availability to find everything you need! They helped us choose the best excursion with elephants according to our needs and even got a driver to go to lampang in the day and back, trip that was really worth it! Laundry available at a good price, the area however is equipped with both self-service laundries, and laundries where you take things and pick them up the next day for a few thb! The breakfast included in the price was definitely good with some dishes changing from day to day!
In short, definitely satisfied! I think it's hard to find anything better. The area seems slightly off, but it is actually very convenient and full of amenities! Plus there are some very cheap and very good untouristy restaurants just a few steps away!! Highly recommended!

Excellent

Great location - close enough to tourist area to get to easily, but far enough to have a more authentic experience. Very helpful & friendly staff. Very clean. Nice pool. Lots of restaurants close by, easy to walk to. Highly recommend. Coffee in lobby ☆

This was a little oasis. We loved how neat and clean everything was, and the service was superb. The friendly staff made us feel right at home.
