I stayed with my friends for four nights and it was okay overall. I told the front desk to clean before going out on the third day. It was also the first time I asked them to clean my friend’s Canadian dollars and the Japanese currency I just changed. I forgot to take them away and put them in the backpack in the room. After going out for one night, my first reaction was to see that the bag was opened and half of the room was shared. The 400,000 yen that I just exchanged was missing 10,000 Canadian dollars in the envelope. I don’t know. We didn’t make it public, thinking that the money would definitely not be returned, so we reminded the hotel that the staff would be dishonest for a long time, and the hotel’s reputation was not good. At breakfast time, we couldn’t find the manager. We gave feedback to the front desk that day, and there was no response. That’s it. It's over

แม้เป็นโรงแรมขนาดเล็ก ที่จอดรถมีน้อย แต่พนักงานก็แจ้งว่าสามารถจอดข้างร้านคาราโอเกะและเอาบัตรจอดรถมาแสดงเพื่อรับเงินคืนได้ โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ทำเลดี เดินเที่ยวสะดวก บรรยากาศอบอุ่น ห้องพักกว้างสบาย ตอนแรกนึกว่ามาผิดโรงแรม เพราะชื่อเป็น nimano ชื่อเดียวกับโรงแรมอีกแห่งที่ไม่ไกลกันมากนัก แต่อยู่คนละซอย พนักงานแจ้งว่าเจ้าของคนเดียวกัน พนักงานให้เบอร์โทรไว้ เผื่อไม่อยู่เพราะต้องไปๆมาๆสองแห่ง แต่ก็โทรหาได้ตลอด เมื่อมีปัญหา โรงแรมจัดว่าใส่ใจรายละเอียด ห้องพักดีสะอาด มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ เสียดายเตียงเสียงดังไปหน่อย เวลาล้มตัวนอน นอกนั้นก็ดีค่ะ มีขนมน้ำให้บริการเพิ่มเคิมด้วยค่ะ และที่living room มีมาม่า โจ๊ก ขนม น้ำดื่ม เพิ่มเติมให้บริการค่ะ ไม่ต้องจ่ายเพิ่ม ราคาคุ้มค่า เราจองพร้อมอาหารเช้า ได้มาทานมี่คาเฟ่ nimano ในโรงแรมอีกแห่ง ให้เลือกอาหารไทยรึอเมริกัน และเครื่องดื่ม ร้อน เย็น ส่วนขนมผลไม้ ทานได้เต็มที่ค่ะ สำหรับอาหารเช้าถือว่าดีเลยค่ะ ถือว่าเป็นโรงแรมที่น่าพักอีกแห่งหนึ่งย่านนิมมานค่ะ ❤️
