Lovely people

I’m giving 5 stars because of how lovely the receptionist and maintenance guys were. We had an issue with the room but they were there ASAP to help us out and always checked we were okay. there is also a really cute dog Meg who i miss already. We had to walk up hill and there are a few stairs but it didn’t bother us luckily.

There was to much noise during the night. The people was friendly and good service. The problem was the noise and a hard mattress. Good A/C, bathroom and service in general.

Staffs were very helpful and kind. But our second day of staying, water stopped running.
2hrs later water came back but it was dirty water. It got better by time but we didn't want to wash our face or hands with that water so we used bottle of water.

Stay far away from this so called resort! It's almost like staying in a homeless shelter with a sewer filled reservoir in the middle . Not handicap accessible ! This very unsafe place to stay . BLACK MOLD on curtains and walls . No refrigerator. A/C didn't work correctly. Beds are hard as Rocks and they only give you sheets to sleep with. No Breakfast and the walk to the resort is very hard to do with luggage . The people running this place are friendly 1 star!

The main problem is that on the bookingsite map it shows the hotel close to the beach etc, like 1 min walk...but in reality its up in the mountain by the reservour. 15min walk.
