Our room was the Beach access room and it was THE right decision made especially with 2 kids together!
It was super convenient to go to the beach and the swimming pool!!!
The staff were great, their food were amazing and we loved their breakfast!
They have free shuttle bus and free shuttle boat which we also enjoyed.
We’ll def come back again!

We came to Saii Laguna Phuket for a family celebration and the experience was absolutely astonishing! We got an ocean view room with a fantastic view of the sea with different shades of blue colors, seeing the sunset and the sunrise from the balcony was just beautiful. Room was very neat and cozy, extremely clean even after we used to come back from the beach and leaving sand all over the place. Hotel staff is very friendly, kind and proactive always focus on providing a world class quality service. Special mention to Helena, Nokky, Mintang, Rum, Mod and Tanya… these great people made our stay even better surpassing any expectation we had. I strongly recommend this hotel, I have been in many hotels across the world and this indeed became one of my top 3 out of my favorite 10. This is an ideal place to have a relaxing and strategic family vacation. Book it and you wont regret it! Thanks a lot for making such a pleasant stay for us. Cheers!

The place was very accommodating, relaxing ambiance. Service was excellent all the staffs are attentive and warmth in welcoming the guests. Beach was beautiful. Perfect for a gateway. Special mention to Sumalee of Front office and her team for taking good care of us in all our needs in the resort. Spa treatment was also very rejuvenating. Will definitely comeback....

A true paradise in Phuket

The new laguna rooms of SAii Laguna Phuket are amazing! Very spacious, beautiful views to the lagoon and with all the amenities you could need to have a relaxing stay. Having the beach in front of the hotel is a plus, because you can walk directly to Bang Tao beach and swim in the Andaman sea.
They offer an awesome buffet breakfast and also gave us the option to have snacks and appetizers at The Club every afternoon/evening. But what makes SAii Laguna a true paradise is its people! All the staff are attentive, friendly and with a real interest in the guest satisfaction. We can't end this review without expressing our thanks to May who made our stay every day at The Club an unforgettable experience. Because of people like May we would choose Phuket again as our destination.

This is cirst time at SAii lavuna Pbukst with my couple when pre arrival some drinls and snack for welcoming. all sraff at front desk veey helpful and smile ,when ewalk to the beach very beautifuls with sunset ,if you have many times. stay at there
