Our room is a one bedroom plus a living/dining room, small kitchenette, and two balconies. Location is just a short walk away from Patong beach. Since the hotel is not right on the busy street, it is quiet at night. In terms of breakfast, you can find a lot of yummy foods, it also serves a good selection of tropical fruits.

Overall my Charm stay was very enjoyable! The service was super friendly and accommodating, especially Wendy and the management, who went the extra mile to assure my comfort. The rooftop pool/bar and dry sauna were icing on the cake. The restaurant and room service were solid. Frankly the rooms themselves could use sone updating and maintenance for a 4 star facility, amd I was told this is being worked on. Proximity to the beach is fantastic. Would and will definitely go back!

All of the staff was amazingly friendly and very accommodating. The house keeping service could use a lot of work (very dissappointing for such a beautiful resort).

The block our room was in is in need of some well overdue maintenance. The Pool Access Suite room itself was great, but the swimming pool is in major need of some long overdue Maintenace. The steel brackets / frame that anchors some grills that cover the aircon units on the 4 odd stories are near completely rusted away and are a hazard to guests. We actually banned our kids from swimming in a certain area as if/when the frame comes away it could result in someone getting seriously injured. Staff were amazing though, cannot speak highkly enough of their efforts to assist. The resort facilities are great. No complaints on that front. The resort is within close walking distance to everything.

Although we had issues with brown water coming from the jacuzzi and our air conditioning stopped, both problems were sorted out quickly. The people at the hotel could not do more to help you, they were all excellent . The hotel was in a great location, 5-10 min walk on the beach front into the centre. I would definitely recommend this to anyone
